So happy to have the latest Solid State Logic (SSL) audio interface to use on my mobile iPad or as a desktop interface. This awesome little device comes with two killer SSL Microphone Preamps allowing for pristine audio recording from any source. Here is a song recorded and mixed entirely on the iPad and GarageBand. With an AT 4041 condenser mic on one channel and my Martin guitar’s Fishman pickup into the second channel with the HiZ setting to separate tracks, I was able to get a crystal clear and full guitar sound. Each channel is panned left and right for the rhythm with the same setup for the lead for a total of four tracks.
